Scope of Work:

Demolition of portions of existing building. Excavate for new footings and backfill. Install underground utilities: water, sewer, storm. Install new Football field with irrigation and sod. Install new synthetic running track for track and field events. This required precise grading for synthetic track.  Install new 200’ retaining wall. Install new road and parking lots.  Install new landscaping and hydro seeding.
